I am a young professional looking to rent out rooms in my beautiful new home. I am a Christian and I would consider myself to be social and easy going.

Lodgers must be respectful, tidy, trustworthy and easy to get along with.

Rent includes gas, water, electricity, TV, Internet and council tax bills.

Room 1 - £630 (incl bills)
Double room with exclusive use of family bathroom - room comes fully furnished with double ottoman bed (bed lifts up so you can store things underneath) with all bedding included, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp. The decor of the room is neutral and the room is very light and airy.

The House

The living room is decorated to a sophisticated taste and has a sofa, coffee table and tv and Wi-Fi internet.

The kitchen/dining area is fitted and decorated to a high standard with all new modern appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and electric hob. The dining area has space for 6 people. All crockery and cooking utensils and equipment are provided and can be shared.

There is a separate utility room at the side of the kitchen with a washer/dryer.
There is a downstairs WC with a toilet and sink and under the stairs cupboard space.

At the back of the house is a garden which can be accessed from the dining area or the utility room. The garden also has a gate which can be used to again access to and from the garage and driveway.

The garage has space for one car but will mainly be used for additional storage and there is a driveway.

The house is fitted with a security, smoke and carbon-monoxide alarm.
