I have a 3 bedroom house. I am currently spending more time abroad so would like share my house. I am looking for some one who is honest, clean, courteous and willing to take responsibility to look after the house in my absence. The house is close to shops and transport link. The house is just off the Stoney Stanton Road. You can walk to Coventry Uni in about 15 minutes and take a bus ride.
Even though it is house share but you will have sole use of the house at most of the time as I will be away and so you will be responsible for keeping the house secure, clean and tidy. when I am not living you will be required to pay for your use of Gas and electricity. The council tax and water rates are included in the rent. There is also fibre broadband and Sky TV subscription in place. . If you are couple then there will be 15 pounds extra per week and if with a child then 25 pounds per week extra.
