We can only help single people we DO NOT help couples or families or single parents with children.
To gain access to our properties you will need to be in receipt of benefits either ESA, JSA, Universal credit, or PIP DLA etc .
Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and you will need to pay an additional £15 per week service charge to cover Utilities. You will need to bring your first 2 weeks £30 service charge with you.
