Thanks for looking at this all bills included furnished room, which is available to move into from 01 November in a great location and friendly housemates!

This furnished room with garden facing windows is on the first floor and has a comfortable bed and wardrobe storage. This room shares a clean bath and shower room with two other residents.

Other shared areas of the house include the spacious kitchen with large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer appliances. Your own private cupboard and storage will be provided for you in the kitchen.

A large garden with a patio, landscaped trees and flowers with a pond is also there for you to enjoy. A gardener is employed to keep the garden in order. It’s a lovely place to relax.

The house has four other friendly professionals (2 male 2 female). Every one helps out by cleaning up after themselves to keep the house clean and tidy.

All bills are included, including fast WiFi. The driveway in front of the house can be used for parking and Gravelly Hill railway station is just a 5 minute walk away taking you directly to Birmingham New Street, QEH or Sutton Coldfield for Good Hope Hospital.
