Deposit would be £100 upfront looking to have someone move in between 20th and 23rd of April (first rent payment will be 20/04/2026) looking for someone between the ages of 23 and 35 preferably someone with a full time job also pets aren’t allowed in the property and smoking is not advised inside the property.
