I'm only interested in guests who wants a room Mon-Fri you need to have a house elsewhere in the UK which you go home to at the weekends. This room is not available full time so please do not message if that’s what you need. I WILL IGNORE ANYONE WHO DIDN’T READ THIS.

This is a great family style home in a central location sharing with other professionals. Postcode is Hall Green but the houses on the opposite side of the street have a Shirley postcode - this is the road that forms the border of Birmingham and Solihull. Just so you're clear on the location if you're not familiar with the area - this is not the Birmingham side of Hall Green - house is a 5mins walk to Haslucks Green Road and Shirley High Street.

Double is huge and has a new Italian Enzo bed, memory foam mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

The house itself has a shared kitchen bathroom and toilet. Those are the only shared areas as the living room is private as I work from there, Upstairs are two large and one small bedroom and a separate bathroom (shower only no bath) and a separate toilet.

Wifi throughout. Utilities are all included in price with a fair usage policy.

the location is Hall Green/Shirley which puts it centrally located to Birmingham city centre, Solihull Town Centre and the NEC Airport. We have had long-term tenants who work at TRW, Blythe Valkey Business Park and Highlands Road.

Solihull Town Centre is a 10 min drive
Shirley High Street is 5 minutes away
Birmingham City Centre is a 15-20 min drive
The NEC is 10 miles which takes about 25mins
There are local shops and a post office 2 mins walk

Yardley Wood Train Station with direct trains to B'ham which take 12mins is a 10min walk away

Shirley Train Station is about the same distance

This is a lovely residential area of Shirley.

Room available Mon-Fri. Looking for a professional who is respectful and looking for a homely house to call home during the week.

Not a party house or a place for singles bringing overnight guests. Room is for one person with full use of the shared facilities.
