Furnished Double Rm, Large House, Village Location

Monday to Friday only. Furnished double bedroom. Sharing with a couple who sometimes work separately away from home, so you may have the place to yourself occasionally. We have Broadband, washing machine, large breakfast kitchen and some off road parking (first come first served). We have a large secluded garden and the house is in a quiet road. The room does not have an en suite, but you would have the main bathroom (which is right next to it) to yourself most of the time as the owner does have an en suite.

It is a short walk to the centre of the village where there is a lively sports club with tennis, squash, hockey, football and cricket, a local pub - the White Lion or if you want more select dining - Soho Tavern or Hampton Manor. There is a post office, corner shop, hair dressers and pharmacy in the village, otherwise the nearest shops are in Knowle or Solihull just a 15-20 minute drive away.

On the edge of the village there is also a course fishing lake, nature reserve and golf club.

Hampton-In-Arden railway station is conveniently in the middle of the village with a free car park on the main line between Birmingham and London.

Easy access to the M42/M6 motorways. 10 mins to NEC and Birmingham Airport.
