All potential tenants will be subject to vetting and a police waiver will be sent before confirmation of tenancy but historical and minor offences will be overlooked.
To gain access to our properties you will need to be in receipt of benefits either ESA, JSA, Universal Credit, or PIP DLA etc .
Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and you will need to pay an additional £15 per week service charge to cover Utilities. You will need to bring your first 2 weeks £30 service charge with you.
