Two rooms available in a professional house share in Harborne, Birmingham.

The rooms along with the house are fully furnished with a large communal area and combined kitchen. The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license and high speed broadband.

From the Housemates:
The current housemates are myself, Sean (IT), Seb (Property) and Will (PhD). Myself and my housemate Beth, will be moving out soon and therefore the rooms will be available straight away.

We are a sociable house and would like this to continue but are equally respectful of each other’s space. We have all lived in Birmingham for a few years and enjoy the varied perks the city has to offer. The house itself has everything you need, with spacious rooms, two showers, kitchen and a comfortable shared living room. Everything comes fully furnished and we like to keep it clean and tidy. There is a great garden with decking and a chiminea.
Parking is available on the shared drive.

Location and Transport:
The house is located very close to the 24, 99, 126, 10H, 11A bus routes straight to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, University of Birmingham, and into city centre. The house is a short walk to Harborne High Street which has plenty of coffee shops and a Waitrose, and it is also close to access the M5. The house is yards away from a local convenience store, and a Co-op across the road.

The House and Room:
The House has a communal kitchen and dining area with flatscreen TV, and contains all mod cons including fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

There is a private rear garden perfect to chill out in the summer months. 80Mbps broadband also available.
The rooms are all great sized doubles and come fully furnished with a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers and an aerial point.

This is a professional house share, therefore we can only consider working professionals. We are looking for similar like-minded house mates.
