Hello everyone! Students, PhD's or professionals! I've got a place for you to stay in Harborne close to QE Hospital and BCU Edgbaston. Lots of green area around us including Golf Clubs and a massive Country Park as well.

There is plenty of space in the house, if you need a place to work or to study on your own, the third room is ideal for you to do that. If you like cooking here's a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Please check the living/dining area on the photo's! You won't be disappointed :)

I've got a patio and a garden on the back (direct access from the conservatory and/or the kitchen) to release the daily stress after work or just simply to have a BBQ on the weekends.

I'm 35 yrs old, working as an IT Engineer. I like cooking, outdoors, music and chilling out during the evenings. I'm a tidy person so you won't need to find your way around my stuff in the house.

Your room just got a brand new mattress, a TV with a soundbar and plenty of space to store your clothes and stuff. By the way you'll have your own fridge-freezer too to make life easier for everyone.

Harborne has a lot to offer, great pubs, shops (Waitrose, M&S, Boots, Sainsbury’s), and restaurants (Slug & Lettuce, Pizza express, Sabai Sabai, Cafe Rouge, Damascena, Costa, Cafe Nero, The Plough).

The rent+bills pcm is £490 including absolutely everything.
