*Seeking female tenant*
I am a 32 year old professional, live in landlord seeking a female weekday tenant in the Harborne area. My property is a 2 min walk to the bus stop and a 15 min walk to the university train station. I have a spare double bedroom with tv and built in wardrobe, a use of the kitchen and bathroom which are both newly renovated and a garden. Parking is on a quiet cul de sac.
Females preferred. Would need to be clean, tidy and sociable. I enjoy going out for dinner or going to the gym but rarely drink during weekdays.
I have a cat so would need to be ok with pets.
Weekday tenants also please enquire as we can negotiate this for a different price. Short term let’s considered for those on placements/working at the QE.
