Hey! Our housemate is moving due to job location and so we’re looking for someone to take over his en suite double room from end of march. Current tenancy ends late july.
Room can be furnished for fee of £50 if you’d like the bed to stay. Council tax is £40.50 monthly but is about to increase, wifi £6.75 a month, gas & electricty is variable but roughly £35 a month and water is tbc.
