Hello there,
I am looking to rent a double bedroom in my home. I am looking for someone tidy, clean, and respectful to me home.
Mon-Fri or Weekend only can be arranged.
The bedroom is furnished with a bed (convertible to a comfortable double bed) with storage, 1 desk, 1 side cabinet, 1 rack for cloth, 1 large mirror, and open drawers. The bathroom will be shared with me only.
The location is close to queen park and with access to local shops and amenities. the house is 15 min walk to Harborne high street.
I travel often, so I am looking for someone to take care of the house while I am away.
This is a Muslim household, so pork and alcohol won't be allowed.
