Lovely double room for shared female preferred house

Hi! We are two working professionals living in Harborne looking for a third girl to take a newly renovated double room!
The room is a great price for the location, walking distance to the QE hospital and close to UoB.

The House:
Very spacious, bright and fully furnished house. The double room is bright and faces the garden. It has recently been fully refurbished with a brand new mattress. The room comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk and chair. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, washing machine and large American style fridge freezer. There is a large shared living room, dining area and small storage cupboard for extra storage. A large garden and drive for parking.

Location:
The location is probably the best part about this house!! It is located in Harborne, right opposite Grove park. Also a 5 min drive away from Selly Oak Retail Park and walking distance to the Queen Elizabeth hospital.

Moving-in:
This room is available from Saturday 21st March but we are flexible if need it sooner/later.

Bills:
Bills come to approximately £120/month but can be expected to be lower in the warmer months

About your housemates:

Current housemates are two girls, a 25 year old junior doctor and a 28 year old business manager. We are sociable people and would love to get along with whoever we live with, have a bit of a gossip and go out for fun activities and nice meals! We like to keep communal spaces clean, a bit obsessed with candles and diffusers and completely cool with having friends over :)
