Double room to let in a 3 bed room house

This is a 3 bed room semi detached house in Harborne.

I would like to rent a double bedroom in this house which is available and ready to move in . Both are furnished double rooms and available immediately.. One room is already let to a professional who works at QE and I am looking to rent other double room either for a professional or a student. I want maximim two individuals to stay in this entire house hence renting only two double rooms. The third bedroom is used as office cum storage space for myself..

I live and work in London and visit Birmingham once in a while and i am live out landlord.

There is a shared kitchen and dining area and other basic amenities like washing machine, broadband etc. The rent includes all bills

This may suit for a professional working at QE Or for a professional working from home or for a student at Birmingham University as this is in a walkable distance from these QE and University and a good 20 minutes walk. Harborne is about 20 min bus ride from New Street Station (City Centre) and local bus stop is two minutes walk from house.

I am looking for professionals or students for short or long term basis who is easy going and sociable.

I want someone to treat this as their home as I have moved out of this house and taken up a full time job in London where I live and visit Birmingham once in a while hence decided to let this room for rent
