Room in fun/sociable house in Harborne

Hello,

We are a fun/friendly houseshare looking for a new person to join us.

Whether you are new to Birmingham or have lived here a while we'd like to hear from you.

Two of us have lived here for over a year and loved it while the rest have moved in in the last few months and have fitted in well.

We like to get together as a house regularly whether that is watching a film together on a Monday or hitting the pub quiz later in the week. Normally a few of us are around and are keen to catch up, quite often over a few glasses of wine or more...

If you keep yourself to yourself this is probably not the house for you. We are all young professionals and work quite hard but also like to have fun and relax in the evenings and are usually up for a night out towards the end of the week or at weekends.

About us:

We are Abbie, 23, a speech therapist, Alice, 24, who works in TV production, Lucy, 25, a physiotherapist, Mark, 26, a bar manager, Neil, 24, a journalist, Sean, a trader, in his 30s.

About the house:

The house has seven bedrooms and great living space. There is a large living room which is great if we have people round and there are two kitchens (with two dishwashers so no arguments over the dishes) and loads of space to store all your stuff.

There are two communal bathrooms, and two people also have en-suites so there is never any problem waiting to get in the shower. The house is recently refurbished.

Pics are a bit old so probably don't do the house justice.

Parking wise there are spaces right outside after 6pm but about 100 yards away you can park unrestricted any time which is what most of us do.

If you are looking for houses in Harborne, you will probably know the area is very nice. The house is right above a lovely coffee shop/bakery and we have four pubs within five mins walking distance. Lots of shops also nearby.

We have decided to advertise as tenants so we get the right person and if you are interested please get in touch and we'll make sure the landlord arranges a viewing.
