Double En-Suite in the JQ

Hi,

My flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy (12th November) and I'm looking for someone to come and share my flat.

The flat is in The Orb complex in the Jewelry Quarter (just by the Pig and Tail), 20 minute walk to New Street Station and the city centre. The price shown (£550) is about what we're currently paying each month including bills but bills are not included from the letting agent.

The room is the master bedroom, it has a shower/ toilet en suite. There is also a family bathroom with a bath over shower and another toilet. I have the smaller room on account of also having the allocated parking space. There is on street parking available with a JQ Parking permit (obtainable from the council but I'm unsure of the price).

I'm ideally looking for another professional female to share with, I'm looking for a tidy sociable person who I can spend the occasional evening watching a film with or going out for drinks with.
