Room for Rent in Brand New JQ apartment

I am sadly leaving our beautiful brand new apartment in the Jewellery Quarter, and am looking for someone to take over the lease (until 31st January 2020) with my amazing flatmate. Potential to extend the lease if you both decide to stay longer.

The Apartment: We were the first people to move into this brand new, 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment at the beginning of February 2019. It is a gorgeous, fully-furnished, modern apartment and I have loved every second living here. My room is a bright double room, with private use of the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, including washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. It is on the top floor of the building, and so we have our own private patio which leads on to a huge communal patio. We have the most amazing neighbours, and regularly arrange drinks and dinners both on the patio and around the Jewellery Quarter. There is a 24 hour concierge, parking available, and a well-equipped gym. It is in an IDEAL location with only a 20minute walk to New Street Station, 5 minute walk to JQ station and less than 2 minute walk to the Tesco Springhill Superstore...not to mention all the bars and restaurants in JQ!

My Flatmate: Neither of us had met before we moved in together, and are now such great friends. I am moving back to Ireland for work, but will be so sad to leave her. Charlotte is 25, from just outside Birmingham and works full time. She is very laid back, and we were able to enjoy each other's company but also have our own space. We went to the gym together, and enjoyed going out for dinner and drinks as much as we enjoyed chilling in the apartment.
