My current flatmate is moving and I am looking for a sociable person to take on her room.
If you enjoy binge watching netflix, the occasional night out on the town,
and the gym then I would make the perfect flatmate to live with. I am fairly easy going and quite tidy.
Our flat is located in the secure development of Mint Drive with secure parking available at an added cost. For some reason spare room shows the location wrong, google map B18 6DT. Flat is situated a 5 minute walk from JQ Station or 25 minute walk from New Street Station. There is a tram that runs almost every 5 minutes from the JQ into the city centre. Bills are roughly £140 a month (this includes council tax/tv license/netflix/electricity)(a lthough we don't pay council tax in February or March)..
The room is a double with its own private bathroom. Plenty of storage.
