Looking for flatmate

Looking for somebody to replace the current tenant in this lovely/cosy apartment which is 6 months old for 3 months minimum. The apartment is located in the heart of Birmingham (city centre) close to jewellery Quarters with easy access to all the restaurants/bars/shops/offices and 15 minute walking distance to the bullring (5-6 minute drive into town centre).
If you love the place (which i guarantee you, you will) :) and wish to extend your stay in the apartment the agency/landlord would be willing to extend the contract or possibly start a new one.
The apartment is fully furnished, 2 bed and 2 bath one of the rooms being en-suite (which you'll get) and rent is paid separately from the rest of the bills which is your water, electricity (paid according to usage), counsel tax and wi-Fi (Fixed amount). The living room and the en-suite bedroom come with a balcony each.
