Flatmate Wanted

Hey!

My name’s Siobhan and I live in the Kettleworks development in the JQ. The apartment is a spacious, two double-bed, one bathroom, furnished apartment. There is no balcony but access to a courtyard and a sky terrace (once covid-19 is over). The apartment is £925 pcm not incl. bills but it works out to be about £600 each all in.

There is only one parking space which I’m currently using but there may be a couple to rent as there are plenty of spaces in the parking garage. There is also free parking along both Pope Street and Camden Street.

My current housemate has just submitted their notice and is due to leave on 11th July due to a change in work so the landlord and I are hoping to find someone quite soon.

A little about me - I’m a mature student finishing my degree in Sociology in the University of Birmingham (due to finish August) and I work part-time as the front of house in a Hair Salon.

I’m ideally looking for male/female who’s clean and tidy, I am too but not anal about it if you leave a dish out overnight! I love socialising and going out but having just turned 30 I’m hoping to find someone who’s also a little quieter than they used to be!
