The Flat:
Gorgeous top floor flat available in JQ, just off St Paul's Square. 10 min walk to Snow Hill/New Street.
The room available is a double and you can have it furnished or unfurnished depending on what suits you.
There are 1.5 bathrooms to share between 3 housemates (us two and you), includes a shower and a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven/grill etc.
In the living room we have an automatic cinema screen with projector, foozeball table and of course; dining table, desk to work on and 2 large comfy sofas.
Parking permits available to park on the road at an additional cost.

Rent is £600pcm and bills approx £100pcm which includes; water, heating, wifi, council tax

The housemates:
You will be sharing the flat with 2 females, both professionals working in the centre.
We are pretty busy during the week with extra curricular activities and work however, we enjoy impromptu movie nights, or cooking dinner or going out for a drink or two.
In a normal world, we love to entertain and have people over at the weekends. As you can imagine, we've had a few parties at the flat but that is by no means a regular occurrence.
Although we are sociable and relaxed, we're also very considerate towards each other and clean regularly, have really good open dialogue about house admin, we share shopping occasionally and are just genuinely friendly.
We're looking for someone who will be comfortable with how we live and maintain a social yet clean environment.
