Currently have a spare-room available for let, I am a working professional and busy most of the time / not always in Birmingham. Super chill, I myself am very clean and keep on top of most of the cleaning anyway, I just ask that you clean up after yourself. Would prefer for new flatmate to be a professional, but open to considering students if mature. Viewing highly recommended, open to negotiate. Not a party flat at all, but I do film creative content here from time to time but finish by 11pm.
