Hi all!

I am looking for a housemate. Ideally a working professional and a FEMALE preferred.

It's a large double bedroom located on the middle floor of a townhouse. Part of a gated block in the Jewellery Quater Birmingham, right off Saint Pauls Square. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on preferences.

There is a large master bathroom on the top floor, and a separate shower room and toilet on the ground floor, so plenty space and privacy.

You'll be sharing the house with myself and a lovely sphynx cat named Victor. He is a very friendly and loving cat and will absolutely be all up in your business, so if you really can't stand cats then this just won't work.

I'm a 30 year old female and work full time from home and I am generally pretty quiet and tidy for the most part. Im a creative who performs and makes costumes in my free time. Occasionally I will have friends over for drinks, but nothing crazy.

Really fantastic location next to St Pauls tram stop and only a fifteen minute walk into Birmingham city centre. Lots of cafes and bars near by.

Rent is £450 with bills on top being about £250 per person. Bills are high due to the council tax. Band: E
