Hi! I’m renting out a lovely bedroom in a modern 2-bedroom apartment located right in the city centre.

The flat is part of a really nice, well-maintained building with great facilities, including a gym and a Tesco just across the building. The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything while still enjoying a calm and comfortable home environment.

The apartment itself is clean, modern, and fully furnished, with separate bathrooms, so you’ll have your own space.

I’m looking for a female tenant only who is clean, tidy, and respectful. Ideally someone who enjoys a quiet and peaceful home.

Bills are approximately £150 per person including council tax.
