I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a comfortable, well-kept 2 bed, 1 bath flat in Regency Place. You’ll be living with a friendly, respectful and easygoing 23 YO female flatmate who’s genuinely lovely and great to live with.

The flat suits someone who is clean, hygienic and considerate of shared spaces. My current flatmate is vegetarian, so being respectful of that is important.
