Double room in Jewellery Quarter

Hello,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from anytime before June 30th, until 8th September. My current roommate is hoping to renew the tenancy after that, so there may also be the option to stay longer if you both agree.

The room is a lovely double room with enough space for a small desk. It comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables. The main bathroom is very spacious and, as the other room is ensuite, this bathroom has only been for my use.

You'll be sharing with one female flatmate who is clean and easy to live with.

Bills, including electricity and water are usually no more than £80 per month. The council tax band is D.

The building has a gym and regularly hosts events such as paint and sip nights, cultural events and competitions. Everyone is friendly and I’ve really enjoyed living here.

There’s a Tesco Express opposite, a corner shop about a minute away, and Tesco Superstore and Lidl are around a 15-minute walk away.
