It takes 10 mins to walk to heart of the Jewellery Quarter and 20 minutes walk to the city centre, or the bus goes from right outside. There is also a tram stop 3 minutes away which is 7 minutes into town. Location is very nice, with a park opposite and right by the canal. It's also in a really handy spot if you need to get out to the M5/M6 in the morning
