Hi,

I'm looking for a flatmate for this lovely flat in the heart of Birmingham! It is the perfect location for those who work in the city, as it's right by the Jewellery Quarter and a 10/15 minute walk into the city centre and New Street.

Rent including bills comes in roughly around £550 a month for double room with an ensuite, and generally a huge flat and in a fab location, so you're getting a great deal! There will also be a deposit of £563 and agency fee for referencing checks of £60 including VAT payable upfront.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available. However, if required, there is on-street parking for which parking permits can be obtained, without paying over the odds.

I moved to Birmingham nearly 2 years ago from Swansea, and have pretty much lived here since I moved give or take a few months. I am a professional working in Birmingham, and I tend to work ...a lot! So in my spare time I love nothing but socialising, going out for food (baking on the odd occasion), drinks, quizzes, watching sports (sometimes practicing), generally keeping busy but with the a good old chill out day here and there.

Hoping to find a likeminded professional, who can be social but also happy to have their own space.
