I have a good sized double room coming up now.

The house has been redecorated to a high standard with new carpets and new furniture with a very clean and super tidy though out the whole house. This house is suitable to a woman who prefers to share with only one person in a quiet environment.

The room comes fully furnished with a new bed, quality mattress, a double wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a table and chair with shelves above. It's a nice cosy room.

Large kitchen with large fridge freezer for tenant use only. Nice shared bathroom. On street parking available.

Bills included in the price are council tax, water, electricity, fast broadband, and gas.

I am a live -in friendly landlady. Looking for the usual decent tenant, clean and tidy and personable, good character.

I will accept female only to share the house with me. The best fit to me is someone who work normal hours such as 9am to 5 pm - not nightworkers or those with irregular hours as I find that doesnt work well for me.

Note; The rent of £375 per month is for someone working 5 days in the office. If you are working from home, there will be a slight premium for electricity and water usage.

With good access to Stirchley, M40 / M42 / M5, and the city centre. Particularly suit someone with own transport. Plenty of parking. 0.5 mile from Kings Heath high street. Near a new being built train station, 5 minutes walk.

Kings Heath bordering Moseley is one of the coolest places to live in Birmingham with lots of independent coffee shops, eateries and a thriving live music scene and a high street with most of what you need. The Hare and Hounds pub of Kings Heath is a top music venue in the city (Beatles, The Who, UB40 played there). It is a 5 min bus ride to Moseley with the gastropubs, Michelin starred restaurants, comedy shows, DJ sets etc. Kings Heath also has many street parties over the summer which are attended from all over.
