Hi,

We are two female 28 -31 year old professionals living in a 3 bed semi-detached house on the outskirts of Kings Heath just 7 miles from the City Centre, and very close to Solihull, Bournville, Harborne, Moseley and Selly Oak.

We both work Mon-Fri, enjoy keeping fit, running and trying new classes, netflix binging and sofa lounging! We are both out and about various evenings and away some weekends visiting friends but also spend time in the living room being cosy and watching films.

Our house has a very homely chilled vibe to it, you're welcome to hang out on the sofa with us, read in the conservatory, cook or hang out in your room. We also respect people's private space and the need to zone out occasionally! This is very much a home and not a house share, we keep it tidy, homely and drama free!

We are both vegetarian so would like a fellow veggie please :)

Between us we have 3 beautiful well behaved dogs that share our home with us - a German Shepherd, a Spanish beagle and a little mixed breed rescue. So dog lovers are a must and preferably someone who has experience of owning dogs or has done in the past would be ideal. You also get fantastic unlimited dog cuddles and strokes!

The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and has very little traffic. It also has a huge back garden, downstairs toilet, dining room, living room, conservatory, large kitchen and utility rooms. Upstairs I have 2 double and 1 single bedroom, bathroom with bath.

The room is a small-medium sized double. It's bright airy and fresh and has two fabulous windows. One looks out onto the garden and is completely private, the other looks out over the culdesac.

It has a double bed, 1 x bedside table and bookshelves included but there is also room for more furniture should you want to bring any with you. The room is at the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms so is very private and cosy.

15 minutes drive from city centre
Nearest train station is Kings Norton where there is free parking - approx a 5-10 minute drive
