Housemates Wanted in King's Heath

We are three housemates, two men and a woman, looking for two more. Accepting of people from all walks of life and we're a friendly, sociable bunch.

Large, spacious house on a quiet side road, Living room with big TV, leather couches, beer fridge and a dining table that is actually a pool table. Cosy wooden kitchen with a double cooker and lots of freezer space. Both medium rooms look out over the garden, beds and cupboard space provided. House is currently a smoking house, but we're trying to move that outside.

I'm Riley, I'm an IT guy for a law firm and I like superheroes, beer and politics. The other housemate is Charlie, he works at a hospital, he likes boxing and history and he has a beautiful, friendly, well-disciplined dog called Cleo. Will consider tenants with pets but Cleo was here first. We're both both pretty tolerant and lefty. We have another tenant, Laura, moving in at the end of may.

Looking for a grown-up tenant with a reliable income. We like a drink and watching TV together and stuff, so a sociable person would be nice. It's a bit like a student house for grown-ups; laid-back and sociable, but we clean up after ourselves and respect each other.
