Lovely double room available in Kings Heath

Hi there,

I’m looking for someone to take my room in a lovely house in Kings Heath as I am sadly moving on!

The house is situated on a quiet road with considerate neighbours. Although it’s quiet, we are still about an 8 minute walk to Kings Heath high street. On the high street, there is a Lidl, Asda an Sainsbury’s. There’s also a range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is something to suit everyone!

Kings Heath is also a stones throw away from Moseley village which is a very cosmopolitan, trendy area of Birmingham. Moseley village has an M&S foodhall, bars and pubs, restaurants and a music tuition centre.

Kings Heath is the perfect location for anyone working locally or in the city centre. You can get the 50 bus from Kings Heath high street which is about 20 minutes into city centre.

The house is also a 5 minute walk to the 76 bus stop which is a direct bus to Solihull town centre - so perfect for anyone working in Solihull.

The housemates who live at the house are lovely. It is a quiet house where everyone is considerate of each other, but we do socialise with each other as well.

There are 3 other tenants in the house: 1 female who is a teacher
1 male who is an engineer
1 male who is a junior doctor
They are all young professionals!
