Room available in lovely house in Kings Heath

We are tenants at this great house in Kings Heath. Sadly one of our housemates has decided to leave at the end of the tenancy so she can move in with her partner. We are looking for someone to renew the tenancy with us and take her room. This is a 3 bed house, we are a couple and looking for one other person. The room is a double room looking out onto the garden and gets a lot of light. The room is unfurnished but we could consider asking the old housemate about leaving a bed or selling it on to the new tenant.

We are both musicians so there is a bit of noise during the day sometimes (although this can be isolated to specific parts of the house so it is not that intrusive). Our old housemate never complained of this and they were not a musician. Ideally looking for someone who is also creative and friendly, and happy to keep the house in a presentable state with us. We like to socialise and go out but do not "live for the weekend".

We are really well located, just a few minutes walk to the high street where there are shops for all your needs. Also it is a quick walk to 3 different large parks.

The house has 2 reception rooms, a kitchen, utility room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a garden. With bills the monthly cost is on average £420 per month (varies across the year as bills come in).
