The location:
The flat is situated just off the King's Heath High Street on a quiet closed road.
Just 2 mins walk to Asda and 5 to Lidl.
As well as being only 3mins from the Hear and Hounds and York Road.

The flat:
The flat is on the 1st and 2nd floor. It's got a great kitchen, living room, and hallway (where we have a dining table for guests, etc.)

The room:
It's a big en-suite room with plenty of space for working from home set-up and loads of storage space.

The housemate:
You would be sharing with Jamie, he's a clean tidy, sociable guy that's big into running.

Ideally would be looking for someone clean and tidy but also sociable. Keen for the odd pub trip. Jamie will sometimes be in London at his girlfriend's as he can WFH.

Happy to do initial 'video calls' viewings or just normal viewings whatever suits best. The photos don't do it justice, so I would definitely recommend an in-person viewing at some.
