Hi I'm Mike and looking for honest genuine like minded people to share rooms in my lovely home

The rooms in question are very well furnished to a high standard with either double or small double beds. Tvs , WiFi etc.
The rooms are located on the ground floor off the hallway and share a shower and toilet on that floor. There is a main bathroom and with bath and 2nd shower for your use should you require the need.
You also have access to the fully equipped kitchen your own shared fridge.. food cupboard etc . There is utility room washing machine and dryer and ironing facilities ( plus use of the dining room .. conservatory and outdoor garden and seating area

I would be open to the the idea of couple but that would need a separate discussion

The large property is located in a very quiet cul de sac with some on and off road parking and centrally located for motorway.. train stations and main bus routes to the cCity ... The QE .. University as well as King's Heat.. Solihulland Redditch.

About me
I'm 63 yo male and very young at heart so l'm told ... l have a caring considerate and thoughtful nature with a fun easy going laid back attitude. I'm trustworthy and honest lm very respectful towards others, understanding reasonable and in so looking for like minded people of similar character.... we all have to work together to get along and live in harmony...
This is my home and it will be your home too so l will take great care as to who l invite to share our home as its equally important for me to know that you feel Safe .. Happy .. Content and Enjoy your time here.

If lm cooking and there's enough for you come and join me if its too your taste or l may join you if invited.... but rest assured l will not be intrusive but l will be enough as l value my own private space and quiet time as much as you.

Please do not confuse my good nature as a weakness if and when we sign the Lodgers Agreement l will expect you to adhere by its conditions and you can expect the same back from me .... there will always be an open door to communicate with me anything you wish .... in fact lf something is of bother you ld rather hear about it and hopefully rectify it ... it could be something you feel is silly or more serious .... lm just saying that we should talk so I'm aware and put a fix in place

I expect us all to show great consideration and mutual respect towards each other .... so if your looking for party central ... your going to need a whole house to yourself .... this is not for for .... lm not adverse to a social get together here and there and these are events that happen and we can chat about.
