Small double UNFURNISHED room in a nice house off Kings Heath High street, 24 hour bus route - number 50. On road parking. All shops/24 hour are a 5 minute walk or less. The room is unfurnished and there is direct ladder access to the loft for more storage if needed. Nice bright garden with seating, big kitchen, gas cooker, no dishwasher, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with storage. Two very friendly cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Not a party house. All bills included, I have Wi-Fi, happy to share Netflix etc.
You can smoke in garden, small shelter.
No students please.
I work from home 2 days a week but currently on leave for April.
