A bit about me, I am a writer and theatre maker but have been on long term sick leave following an accident. I am slowly starting to feel like I am getting back to my life! I love cooking and gardening. Games nights are a firm fave.
You must love dogs; I have a two and a half year old Cockapoo called Mister Darcy Raptor Obama Prince symbol III. Dont ask. We also have a grumpy but lovely rabbit who's no bother at all.
Looking for a housemate who is fairly laid back, does their share of keeping the space tidy and... most importantly... likes dogs!

Downstairs:
-Front garden patio with gate.
-Entrance hallway, front and living room solid wood flooring.
-Large front room with lots of bookcases (great place to do yoga too!)
-Living room with log burner.
-Large kitchen with all white goods, storage etc.
-Garden a good size with some decking for sitting out in the sun. Growing veg.
Upstairs:

-A guest bedroom/office space.

Area
Two lovely parks and high street within 5 mins. Will also be about same distance to new train station when it opens. Great for commuting. (About 20 mins on the bus into town).
The high street is wonderful; a real mix of cultures, options, commercial and independent shops/bars/cafes etc. Lots to do!
