Looking for third housemate Kings Heath

We’re two working professionals (and your potential future landlords) looking for a tenant to join our home.

The house is located near the main high street near Hare & Hounds.

The room available is a spacious bedroom with your own private ensuite (see pics), located on the top floor. We’ve decorated it since moving in. We also have a lounge with a large TV that we don’t use , so it’s pretty much free for you to enjoy privately in the evenings.

We’d like to find someone we get along with, so meeting up before you move in would be great to see if we’re a good fit.

We’re both pretty laid-back and usually spend our evenings playing video games. Weekends are more of the same, unless we’re out and about. James is a big football fan and would love someone to join him at the pub for games—Louis, on the other hand, isn’t quite as interested! We are also massive Warhammer nerds.

The house is kept pretty tidy and we have a cleaner visit twice a week to clean communal spots.

We do have a cat as well but she is very friendly.
