One room in my home is available to rent:

I've just refurbished the shared areas of the house: living room, kitchen, dinning room and the bathroom, everything looking very nice! There is a front and a back garden to enjoy too.
The house is located in Kings Heath in a quiet area next to a park! It's also close to Stirchley shops and pubs. The 35 bus is very handy to go to the city centre.
Bills included: council tax, water, electricity/gas and broadband (125Mb fibre)

You'll have access to the whole house to enjoy, garden included!
