It is a small double bed with a dressing table , Chest of drawers and wardrobe with lots of storage. It is a very clean well maintained home with a modern decor. There are bus links to city centre and solihull bus 50 and 49 with the bus stop only 5 minutes walk . All local stores aldi , Sainsbury and pure gym with 20 minutes walk or a short hop in the bus. Convenience store , GP surgery and pharmacy only 5 minutes walk from home. I live with my husband and we are very chilled people and do not interfere . We are looking for a decent female working full time or a student . We are muslims but very moderate and do not mind any one from different faith. But would not allow Pork in the house and no male visitors . Rent will br expected to be paid in advance each month. Rent can be negotiated.
