Spare room in Semi-Detatched House

Hi there! I'm looking to fill a spare room in the house I am renting. Rent is £510 p/m all bills included. (£460 to students)

The room is currently furnished as a single with a pull out underneath, but I will consider refurnishing, selling or storing certain furniture if you have your own. It has a lovely shared living room which I personally think is very cosy, and one good sized bathroom with a bath.

I'm looking for someone I can get along and and co-exist with. Someone who likes a quiet one at the pub and going out for dinner occasionally would be ideal, and I like things to be kept relatlively tidy. I am an English Literature student, and usually get along with eccentric people who I can learn from.

The house has locked bike storage, one strange parking space (enquire) and good on-road parking. It has a front and back garden and is a good size. Someone who can teach me how to garden would be a plus!!!!
