The house is close to local amenities and a short bus ride from Sutton Coldfield, West Bromwich and the City Center is a 30/40 min bus journey.
Any potential housemate would have to be willing to chip in with the house work, gardening and should be considerate of the other people in the house. Although smokers are welcome there is no smoking in the house.
