What I'm looking for in a lodger: I am looking for someone sociable, a person who's up for nights where we get together and do some cooking or other social events. (BBQs etc). But most importantly I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate.

Previous experience lodging as well as references would be desirable.
