We have one room available from now until mid August 2023. All the housemates are females students of University of Warwick (2 ungrads, 3 postgrads). Please note that this room is not available for the next academic year.

The house is a lovely recently redecorated 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom property perfectly located within 15 minutes walk to the University of Warwick.

Bills included gas, electricity, water, internet and garden maintenance, but not council tax. Students are exempt from Council tax, however professionals will pay around £130 per month (Council Tax Band C).

This house has been furnished with everything you need as a student. Along with a large lounge and dining area, whether you want to study or socialise with your friends this property has it covered.
