The rooms are the first floor of my semi detached home in the heart of Knowle village, just opposite Knowle park. The ground floor is occupied by myself. Situated just a short walk from all the local shops and amenities, including a Tesco supermarket, a large variety of excellent restaurants take aways and pubs and a Costa coffee shop. I am looking for a mature professional person, male or female. Someone who may not necessarily want to share and would prefer their own personal space..

Excellent motorway links, just 5 minutes from junction 5 M42 making Birmingham, Coventry, Leamington, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon all within half an hour’s drive. Dorridge train station is nearby and offers express train services to Birmingham and London Marylebone, while Birmingham International Airport is 6. 4 miles away and this line goes to Euston
