The room has a 3/4 size bed and triple wardrobe with garage storage if required and parking facilities! It's a very friendly house but also privacy will be respected at all times! The house is located close to M42/M5 and local public transport! I am advertising as a room rental not a house share though there is a utility room and kitchen which can be used as and when!
