We have a room available to rent in our house in Moseley - approx. 3 miles from Birmingham city centre, and an equidistant 10 min walk from Kings Heath and Moseley high streets. For those who don't know around here, the area is quirky and has a number of bars and restaurants, as well as nearby picturesque parks that are great for walks/runs, and Edgbaston cricket stadium a 25 min walk away. Both Moseley and Kings Heath have frequent buses into Birmingham city centre.

The room is on the 2nd of two floors, and is cosy yet spacious (approx. 215 Sqft), recently decorated, with beamed ceiling and original wooden flooring. It is furnished with the basics, including double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers and also a wardrobe (not pictured). Our bedroom, the kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor, so your room is fairly separate.

Kitchen, bathroom and living room are all very spacious. The kitchen has all the standard amenities - oven, microwave, washing machine; the bathroom is shared, but we are clean people! Importantly, the shower is really nice.

There is on-road parking outside the house. We do have a garden, but it needs a bit of TLC at the moment. The house has wi-fi and decent central heating. It's a quiet road - barely any traffic noise.

A quick bit about us - we are live in landlords, 28 and 33, both teachers. We like our quiet time as do most people but also enjoy going out to gigs - both into music - the pub, eating out, the gym, running - usual things. We are looking for a clean and reasonable person/people to rent our spare room to.
