About the place

This is a bright 3 bedroom flat with a lovely kitchen and living room in Moseley, an area with such a beautiful community vibe. The kitchen has recently been done up and it comes with central heating. There is also free parking in the development if required.

The room is ( 11' 10" x 8' 0" /3.63m x 2.44m).There is a double bed and wardrobe and additional furniture can be provided if necessary. You may also have it unfurnished if you prefer to add your own stuff.

There is additional storage space in the hallway as well as access to a garage for additional storage if necessary.

The third room is a guest bedroom that will be used by a friend, from time to time, but otherwise, it can be used for guests.

For wi-fi, the flat will be served by the best dial-up connection I can get my hands on

Move-in date is flexible.

About me

I am a product manager for the government currently working from home. Normally I like to spend my time at a climbing gym, cycling and pretty much outdoors on the weekends.

I’m quite chilled out but I’m big on honesty and like to keep the flat generally clean and tidy.

Happy to have a flat-mate that shares these interests and would be down to hang with some friends over but also have their own serious working down time. Would be great if you share my sense of tidiness to keep the place relatively cleanl.
