We have a double room (sharing shower room with one other room) available in a lovely home in Moseley, ideally located for walking to the cafes and restaurants, and close to a convenient bus route into the city centre and other suburbs. You will be sharing with a group of friendly and sociable young professionals.

The house has been fully refurbished to a high standard to provide a high quality living space and is very homely with lots of original features retained. There are also plenty of great additions including a wood burner in the lounge, a spacious modern kitchen, and a decked area to the garden, and as such would appeal to someone who wants to make the place their home.

There is a garden with decking area surrounded by lots of trees and is a nice place to relax, not to mention ideal for summer barbecues. There are also fruit bushes and two raised beds which can be used to grow a variety of vegetables.

The house comes complete with fibre broadband and TV package and is inclusive of all utility bills as well as a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.
